CARE GUIDE

A Synthetic Turf Transformation is an investment, and whilst synthethic turf is easy to maintain, it isn't maintenance free. To get the best out of your Synthetic Turf, see the below cleaning / care guide.

1. Keep Surface Clean

Regularly use a blower, hose, broom or a vacuum.​

2. Keep Heavy Vehicles Off The Turf

This will affect the base integrity and can twist and burn turf.

3. Keep Away From Fire Pits And Flames

Keep fire pits and flames away from the synthetic turf area.

4. Spills And Spoils

Clean up immediately - a household detergent can be used.

5. Avoid Harsh Chemicals

Keep chlorine or harsh chemicals off turf. These will burn and singe the turf.

6. Chewing Gum

Keep chewing gum away from the surface. If dropped, try to clean up immediately using ice or dry ice to freeze and then gently scrape away.

7. Animal Waste

Animal waste can be neutralised with a mixture of white distilled vinegar and equal parts water. A household detergent can be used to assist if any smells occur.​

8. Contact Consolidated Turfing Early For Repairs

If any repairs are needed, it is better to fix these quickly. If not, damage might grow and increase the cost to rectify.

Consolidated Turfing offers a 12 Month Installation Warranty
The warranty period commences from the date of installation and covers any lifting of turf around edges or joins opening.

​Installation Warranty Conditions

  • This warranty is offered only on installations by Consolidated Turfing.

  • Failure of the customer to adhere to general maintenance of installed synthetic turf will void the Manufacturer's Warranty.

  • The synthetic turf can only be used for the purpose that it was installed.

  • This warranty does not cover
    (a)   pile crush or damage from furniture or heavy items
    (b)  damage from burning or singeing
    (c)  willful or malicious damage
    (d)  damage by natural disasters or third parties.

12 Month Installation Warranty

6 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Consolidated Turfing offers a 6 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
The warranty period commences from the date of installation and warrants that

  • The synthetic turf will not significantly fade

  • The synthetic turf will not suffer any significant or unusual breakdown of pile height due to the ultra violet degradation.

 Manufacturer Warranty Conditions​

  • Any warranty claim must be made in writing during the warranty period, and acknowledged in writing by Consolidated Turfing Pty Ltd and an inspection arranged to view damaged turf.

  • Failure of the customer to adhere to general maintenance of installed synthetic turf will waive the Manufacturer's Warranty.

  • The synthetic grass can only be used for the purpose that it was installed

    (a)   pile crush or damage from furniture or heavy items
    (b)  damage from burning or singeing
    (c)  willful or malicious damage
    (d)  damage by natural disasters or third parties.
